Legal Sections within the Office include Civil Litigation; Public & General Litigation; State Counsel; Advice, Policy & Public Law; Native Title & State Lands and Commercial.
Legal Practice Support provides professional paralegal and administrative support to the Legal Officers within the legal sections of the Office.
