The Role
In this role you will be overseeing and managing the effective and efficient operation of driver and depot operations at Nowergup. You will provide leadership, management and direction to personnel and will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of Nowergup Depot supporting the Train Operations Branch.
We’re looking for an experienced leader who can motivate and build on our relationships across the organisation, who provides expert advice and contributes to the management and development of the Passenger Rail Network and passenger services.
You’ll work as a part of a motivated team in a dynamic fast paced environment, overseeing and managing resources to achieve outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent appointment available for immediate filling.
This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which permanent and fixed term appointments will be made.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated substantial knowledge of and/or experience within a rail operations environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including motivating and developing staff.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
