About the role
The Coordinator Ticketing and Membership role is a critical part of the audience development team, supporting the Manager and Director of Engagement, with oversight of the museums ticketing system, membership program, customer relations teams and audience insights.
About you

The successful applicant will be expected but not limited to the following:
- Oversee all facets of the Museum’s event ticketing system, the ticketing process, and including all stages of the visitor journey, to ensure high quality customer service to all visitors.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that visitor satisfaction and customers service ratings are consistently at a high standard.
- Maintain quality control of the highly critical and sensitive ticketing and customer relationship system following best practice, adhering to legal and legislative requirements.
- Develop, review and implement relevant documentation, including policies, procedures and operating procedures for the Tessitura ticketing solution.
- Ensure appropriate training opportunities and learning resources are made available to staff to utilise the Tessitura ticketing solution.

Eligibility to Apply
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy.
Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
Applicants found suitable in this pool, may be considered for subsequent, similar vacancies with the WA Museum for the duration of the pool.
