The Role

The PTA is seeking a qualified civil engineer to provide civil engineering support to the Network and Infrastructure Division.

Our Civil Engineer (Level 5) provides support and assistance to the branch, contributing to the operational performance and ensuring the reliability of the assets across the network. You will be assisting in various functions across the Division including third party service providers and civil engineering support for a range of projects. 

To be considered for these positions you will be experienced in the planning, design and delivery of maintenance and/or construction works in an operational asset intensive environment or similar.

All applicants are also required to have an engineering degree, preferably in Civil/Structural Engineering and be eligible to satisfy professional membership to Engineers Australia.  You will also need to have good communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to organise your work to meet agreed targets.
