About the role

The Department of Justice is seeking an experienced and skillful Records Management System Administrator. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the administration of the Department’s recordkeeping system;
  • Processing operational request and issues;
  • Maintaining system security and access, and
  • Identifying and recommending system improvements.

In accordance with the Machinery of Government changes, the Department of Justice is in the process of amalgamating the departmental HPE RM recordkeeping systems. This position will play an integral role in the systems amalgamation and other Knowledge Management projects.
