Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, the Senior Business Analyst analyses data to inform and support our product teams to make product decisions. The Senior Business Analyst has a key role in and is responsible for the interpretation of business needs, identification of business impacts and development of project deliverables. The role has the following key areas of focus:
- Facilitation and Collaboration
- Critical document development
- Impact Analysis
- Change and Implementation Support
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Support
- Business Improvement
Incumbents will be assigned to one or more initiatives/projects within our delivery roadmap.
