About The Role
This position is responsible for cleaning accommodation areas of the DLGSC’s various camps as required. Our cleaners work under the supervision of the manager of the camp.
While Casual Cleaners may be required to undertake a range of cleaning duties at any DLGSC Camp, the Department is looking to increase the pool of Casual Cleaners to service its Orange Grove Bickley Recreation Camp site at the moment. Cleaners will be engaged on a casual basis as required by individual camp managers.
Conditions
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment.
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Basic communications skills including interpersonal skills.
- Demionstrates good organisational skills
- Practical knowledge of cleaning materials.
- Practical ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Previous cleaning experience (accommodation desirable).
