This is an open pool recruitment process to fill current and future Level 3 fixed term and permanent vacancies in the Goldfields region over the next 12 months.
An example of positions to be filled from this pool include:
Housing & Property Services Officer
The position is responsible for the provision of property and tenancy management services associated with the agency’s owned and leased properties. The position ensures ongoing consultation and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders, including tenant’s real estate agents, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and departmental staff, to ensure that a customer focussed service is delivered.
Business Support Officer
This position provides effective and efficient business and administrative support to Regional and Remote Service Delivery Regional management. Assists with the performance of the Regions service delivery functions.
Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and quality high level executive, administrative and research support to to the Regional Executive Director and the Executive Team
District Administration Officer
The District Administration Officer under the guidance of the Business Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining quality business administrative, financial and human resource related services for child protection staff within the Goldfields.
Leasing Officer
This position is responsible for managing and controlling a number of leases from commencement to finalisation to meet with Department of Housing priorities consistent with policy and procedure. Provides a responsive service to customers in the area of leasing and asset management.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities in the Goldfields.
Recruitment processes for this open pool will be run approximately twice per year.
