The Opportunity

As a Manager Business Engagement and Analysis you will report to the Director and be responsible for developing business solutions to meet changing operational needs through the provision of consultancy, process redesign, project management, analysis, design, package evaluation and software development services. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Driving strategic leadership and change by contributing to plans, policies, and projects that enhance technology use, digital transformation, and cyber security.
  • Leading major information systems initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of projects that improve online services, data sharing, and organisational performance.
  • Building capability and ensuring compliance by mentoring staff, managing resources, and adhering to departmental and public sector policies.
  • Overseeing business analysis excellence through developing business cases, delivering solutions, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality reporting and governance compliance.
  • Strengthening stakeholder relationships by fostering collaboration, managing internal and external partnerships, gathering feedback, and representing the organisation in consultations and negotiations.
