The Opportunity
As a Coordinator IM (Creations), you are responsible for coordinating the delivery of an Information Management service through the specialised Creations Team.

The Creation team manages the file creation requests including naming of files according to the Business Classification Scheme, defining file security and ownership while ensuring compliance according to data entry rules. They provide advice on the correct naming conventions for files and documents to all stakeholders.

The role ensures that customer-centric, effective, efficient and timely services are provided, which are compliant with the State Records Act 2000, the Communities Recordkeeping Plan and other relevant legislation.
