The Office of Digital Government is leading the digital transformation of the WA public sector to support agencies in improving service delivery to the community. This includes providing more convenient access to government services online and not disadvantaging those who cannot or do not want to use digital services. Ensuring that personal information and data collected, stored and shared by the WA Government is protected is a crucial element of what we do.
About the Role
As a Digital Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-profile digital products, with a focus on meeting the strategic project needs of DGov, its partner agencies and WA citizens. This includes developing the product strategy, driving the discovery process and engagement plans within broader teams as part of key digital products. UI/UX is a key part of the role, with a focus on designing and improving the user experience for digital products.
Responsibilities will span across:
- Product development and delivery
- Product planning and management
- Stakeholder engagement
