About The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing Executive support to Senior Executives. Some of your duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing proactive, flexible, responsive and effective administrative support to Senior Management.
- Anticipating the needs of Senior Management in relation to forthcoming events and makes appropriate advance arrangements for meeting those needs, coordinates and arrange itineraries and travel arrangements and maintains a programme of regional visits and stakeholder meetings for Senior Management.
- Liaising with Senior staff and the Executive on behalf of Senior Management.
- Maintaining an accurate record system of and monitors progress on all matters.
- Assisting with Ministerial and Parliamentary matters.
