The Opportunity
As the Coordinator Business Support in Therapeutic Care, you will lead a team that provides business support to a state-wide 24/7 rostered therapeutic care service. The role will require a detailed understanding of how to provide administrative support to a 24/7 rostered service as well as the ability to support the provision of high-quality therapeutic care through efficient and effective business support.
The role offers an opportunity to lead a business support team in frontline service delivery that provides direct therapeutic care to the State’s most vulnerable young people. The core components of this role include:
- leading administration processes for Therapeutic Care services.
- reporting around Human Resources, finance and business issues.
- providing strong leadership to the business support team.
- coordination of business services within Therapeutic Care services; and
- providing consultancy and maintaining links between Therapeutic Care services, Finance and Human Resources on relevant administrative issues.
