The Opportunity
The Senior Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality, proactive, and solution-focused service that meets customer needs. This includes providing Help Desk support to users, assisting in the development, operation, and documentation of systems to maximise their capabilities, and supporting system training to ensure user requirements are met. Additionally, the role involves offering guidance and assistance to less experienced Support staff, helping to build team capability and maintain effective service delivery.
