This position is part of the Workforce Policy and Diversity Division who are passionate about building the human resources capability of staff across the sector.
The division is rolling out new and exciting initiatives that will enable more efficient and effective ways of recruiting and managing the workforce.
We now need a motivated individual with a genuine interest in workforce policy, who takes pride in providing agencies with the guidance and support they need to navigate complex policy settings and initiatives.
You will join a small, innovative team who have a future-focused mindset that keep up with the latest trends and thinking in workforce policy and initiatives. You will work with all areas of the Commission and with agencies across the sector to support sound workforce practices and to build capability of human resource practitioners.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for research and knows how to use information and data to develop compelling arguments, make recommendations and support informed decision making.
