About the department
CITS is a diverse agency that supports all Western Australians by giving them opportunities to reach their potential and live their very best lives. About Strategy and Performance Accountability
Strategy and Performance Accountability partners collaboratively with all business areas to deliver agency‑wide strategic priorities ensuring a unified evidence-informed approach. We provide strategic insight and lead the agency in upholding corporate, legislative, and social obligations, and support business areas to do the same through capability building and guidance. Redress Officer role offers the chance to make a real difference by contributing to initiatives that strengthen the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport's engagement with the National Redress Scheme, utilising departmental records to promptly address information inquiries.
You will also contribute to the development and implementation of critical strategic frameworks, while leading and supporting priority programs and projects. Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help drive divisional and departmental objectives and support continuous improvement.

We have two fixed-term, full time (75hrs p/f) positions available until 30 June 2028 with possibility of extension and/or permanency.

This role is based at 246 Vincent St, Leederville.
