The Opportunity
As a Project Manager you will undertake the strategic and operational management of Therapeutic Care’s priority projects and related programs. The role effectively negotiates outcomes, influences key internal and external stakeholders, and drives the initiation and planning of key projects through to delivery and close-out. The role offers the opportunity to operate with a high degree of autonomy and set strategic goals aligned with service priorities. The core components of this role will include:
- Supporting Therapeutic care services across the State to provide safe working environments for staff by leading ongoing business improvement initiatives that ensure compliance with WHS requirements and reduce Workplace Violence and Aggression.
- Supporting safe and therapeutic service provision by coordinating the purchase and disposal of assets across the State as well as their maintenance to a high therapeutic standard.
- Leading high priority business and practice improvement Projects within Therapeutic Care, from initiation and stakeholder management, through to execution and close-out, to maximise outcomes.
