The Commissioning and Contracting Division is responsible for Communities’ goods and services and community services procurement activities, managing service agreements and grants collectively valued at almost $1 billion.
The Division will oversee Communities’ commissioning activities, recognising that commissioning is a whole of agency process that involves or impacts on most if not all our Division, particularly those with service delivery responsibilities, as well as Strategy and Partnerships, and Aboriginal Outcomes. The Opportunity
As a Relationship and Contract Officer you will be responsible for managing the contractual relationships with the Directorate’s Government and non-Government Community Service providers and organisations, ensuring funded services are managed in accordance with Departmental policy including value for money, working towards quality practice, achieving standards and continuous improvement.
Using your advanced communication skills you will build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with Government and non-Government funded services and not-for-profit Community Housing organisations to facilitate positive community outcomes.
