THE JOB
Are you passionate about the environment, want to work on country and motivated to undertake training opportunities?
With a supervisor, Rangers Assistants will do a range of work looking after parks and reserves on Burringurrah country. This includes animal and plant protection, management of cultural values, construction and maintenance of park buildings and picnic areas, fencing, fire-fighting and control and support of tourism and recreation activities.
The successful applicants will be given the opportunity to undertake qualifications that will contribute towards a Certificate II or higher in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
