The Opportunity
As a Senior Practice Development Officer – Learning and Development, you will:
- provide advice, consultation and assistance to Directors, Program Leaders, Team Leaders, and other staff within Communities on operational policy, practice matters and complex casework practice issues in relation to learning and development,
- promote quality practice and continuous improvement in the delivery of services,
- contribute to the development of monitoring and reviewing frameworks and supports their operation,
- monitor, report, and make recommendations on the standard of departmental practice,
- contribute to professional development and practice development by engagement in a range of learning strategies including mentoring and coaching,
- develop and deliver flexible learning options for Child Protection staff and partner agencies.
