About the Information Services directorate
Information Services deliver the management of the Department's information, in all its forms, as well as the technology associated with the creation, capture, storage and dissemination of our information.
The Opportunity
As Manager Knowledge Management and IM Systems Support you will be responsible for:
- leading, developing and implementing Knowledge Management strategies and practices across the Department
- the provision of second level Systems Support services (Help Desk) for the Department’s Electronic Documents Records Management System (EDRMS).
- managing and monitoring allocated Human, Financial, Technological and Information resources to deliver these services in an efficient and timely manner.
