Our program is your gateway to meaningful work that improves the lives of Western Australians. You will be given opportunities to foster professional growth and development and gain valuable exposure to state-wide projects and initiatives.
You get the chance to rotate through our diverse business areas, as well as other WA public sector agencies.
In partnership with the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) and the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED), you will benefit from prioritised rotations, including shared networking and learning and development opportunities.
We also collaborate with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) to facilitate rotations that give diverse regulatory exposure.

As a Graduate, you will receive:
- Permanent appointment, with a 6-month probation period.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 2 graduates who:
- Have completed their degree in 2023, 2024 or by December 2025 (in a discipline relevant to the position you are applying for);
- Have a strong willingness to learn, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and have excellent research, analytical, and written skills;
- Proactively build strong working relationships;
- Apply their knowledge, skills and experience to problem solve;
- Ask clarifying questions to achieve results;
- Recognise the role they play in a team; and
- Take responsibility of managing their work.
Our Graduate Program is a diversity and inclusion employment initiative and therefore we are actively looking for recent university graduates from any of the following diversity groups to be a part of our January 2026 intake:

- Comprehensive CV (maximum 2 pages): detailing your education, work experience, and relevant skills.
- Academic Qualification and Transcript: a copy of your qualification and academic transcript to showcase your educational achievements.
- Statement (1- 2 pages): outlining a project or assignment you have been involved in where you have had to build strong working relationships, apply your knowledge, skills and experience to resolve problems, ask clarifying questions and achieve positive results.
You’ll also find that further into the recruitment process all the requirements and pre-employment conditions included in the attached Job Description Form/s will be assessed.
