The Organisational Development (OD) Branch provides expertise and services in the following areas; Workforce Development, Workforce Planning and Workforce Health and Safety (WHS).
About the Role
The position is responsible for ensuring that DPC meets its WHS and Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management obligations. The position will provide WHS advice, manage workers’ compensation and injury management, manage the WHS management system and oversee WHS programs and initiatives to promote health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace. The position reports to the Manager, Organisational Development and has one direct report.
