12-month recruitment pool
Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your existing skills and knowledge in IT in a complex organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE and live in one of the most pristine, remote and exciting regions in our State.
We are establishing a recruitment pool of Service Desk Support Officers. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made for vacancies that arise within the next 12 months. We may offer appointments to permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual vacancies, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.
There is currently one (1) full time permanent position available for immediate filling.
We are seeking a solutions-focused person to provide first point of contact user support ensuring a high level of customer service and communication.
As the Service Desk Support Officer, you will maintain computer systems and provide our clients with technical support and assistance on the use of software and hardware. You’ll also be diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults.
We are looking for people who are good communicators with a willingness to assist others. Technical ability and strong customer service skills are a must to achieve results in the role.
