About the role
Are you an experienced professional passionate about railway maintenance and safety? The Public Transport Authority is looking for a Senior Linesperson to lead our maintenance and construction teams. If you possess the expertise and drive to ensure the reliability and safety of our railway infrastructure, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will direct, support, and supervise maintenance teams, plan and coordinate daily tasks, and ensure high-quality performance and safety standards. You'll oversee the inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction of OLE, handle specialized tasks, and operate complex machinery. Additionally, you will implement safety procedures, provide emergency response, and manage documentation and stock, while contributing to continuous departmental improvements and staff training.

This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which permanent or fixed term appointments with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency will be made. Currently there are three (3) permanent full-time opportunities start.
