Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Specialist – Public Health provides support for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the disease control and Immunisation programs within the South West Health region.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Immunisation Certificate and demonstrated experience in that field.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of comprehensive disease control and immunisation programs including outbreak management, project experience and/or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external agencies.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills using verbal, written and computer-based methods.
