The Role
We are seeking for an experienced Project Coordination Manager with proven experience in the planning and delivery of transport infrastructure and services. This role provides high level support to the Manager Safety & Rail Access in the planning, coordination and oversight of the Control Authority and associated interfaces of project works with the relevant division, branch or agency undertaking the works for the Armadale Line Closure.
The successful candidate will ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are clearly identified and included within the stakeholder management plan and that each stakeholder is properly acquainted with all aspects of the Armadale Line Closure project including scope, time, cost, quality etc.
About you
We are looking for applicants with demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with highly developed relationship management skills, including the ability to develop stakeholder partnerships and to establish and maintain reliable networks.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and delivery of transport infrastructure and services.
- Substantial knowledge of and experience in stakeholder management for complex high value projects.
- Proven experience in applying technical multi-discipline knowledge on projects.
- Highly developed project and contract management experience.
There is currently one (1) full time fixed term position available for 12 months with the possibility of further extensions and/or permanency. Initially this selection process will be used to fill the above vacancy, but it may also be used to appoint to similar positions that may arise in the agency within the next twelve (12) months on a permanent or fixed-term basis with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency.
