About our Interagency Graduate Program
Our comprehensive 18-month program is designed to equip graduates with the essential skills, experience, and networks necessary for a thriving career in the Western Australian public sector.
Through a customised rotation plan, our graduates gain valuable exposure to state-wide projects and initiatives, fostering professional growth and development.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates who have finished their degree in 2021, 2022 or by December 2023 (in a discipline relevant to the position you are applying for), with a strong willingness to learn, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and possess excellent research, analytical, and written skills.
Our Interagency Graduate Program is a diversity and inclusion employment initiative and therefore we are actively looking for recent university graduates from any of the following diversity groups to be a part of our January 2024 intake:
- People aged 24 years and under
- People with disability
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies for appointment (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) throughout the department for the next twelve (12) months.
