About the Graduate Officer – Information Management
The Strategic Programs team is looking for a recent graduate with a bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Arts or an approved equivalent (degree to be completed in 2021, 2022 or 2023).
Strategic Programs sits within the Information Management Services Branch, which provides leadership, direction, advice and support to facilitate information access and management across the department. The branch supports all departmental employees to comply with their legal record keeping responsibilities by; maintaining and implementing the Department's approved Record Keeping Plan, monitoring information management and record keeping practices, and developing and delivering quality systems, training and coaching.
In this role, you will assist with the provision of consultancy and support services to staff in relation to information and record keeping policies, processes, systems and responsibilities. As a member of the Information Management Services team, you will analyse and identify solutions to information management issues to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and policies. You will also contribute to the review, development and implementation of information management and Information Classification policies and procedures to maintain a contemporary record keeping practice.
This position is located in East Perth however, you may be required to work at other sites as required.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates who have finished their degree in 2021, 2022 or by December 2023, with a strong willingness to learn, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and possess excellent research, analytical, and written skills.
