This is a recruitment pool for fixed-term full-time or fixed-term part-time vacancies, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency (subject to operational requirements and funding).
About the role
Testers are responsible for providing software testing services to ensure the appropriate quality of bespoke court applications. The Tester writes and runs software tests to check that new or changed functionality within the application works as it should. They are testing to ensure that application functionality achieves its intended purpose in terms of usability, accuracy, and fitness for purpose. The positions operate across the Testing and Assurance Team and may be required to relieve in the Contact Centre team, as required.
We are looking for people who are great communicators (both written and verbal), team players and have a solutions mindset. In addition, technical ability, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail are a must to achieve results in these roles.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector, it is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. In addition, to be eligible for a fixed-term appointment, you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the duration of the contract.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.

Pool Recruitment
