WA Country Health Service – Wheatbelt
We currently have Three Regional Electrical Maintenance Officer positions available under position numbers 615634, 607092 and 615632.
The Opportunity:
This role provides effective servicing to electrical, electronic, communication and mechanical equipment within designated areas within the Wheatbelt Region.
What we are looking for:
The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
Essential:
- Eligibility for “A” Class Electrical Fitter and Electrical Mechanic license.
- Current knowledge and understanding of electrical regulations, standards and legislation.
- Demonstrated sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to direct own workload and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective problem solving, organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in computerised engineering works management systems and Window based programmes.
- Possession of current C or C‐A Class driver’s licence.
- Experience in general building and equipment maintenance tasks.
