About the Role
We are seeking to enthusiastic and suitably skilled Occupational Therapists to join out team at Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide occupational therapy services and a high standard of care to patients in the clinical area of adult in-patient programs and/or other assigned areas as required/appropriate at the Health Service. You will facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. You will practice as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and South Metropolitan Health Service policies and guidelines.

Area Profile: Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service (FHMHS) provides recovery focused mental health services. It works in partnership with consumers and their carers and acknowledges that each individual is an expert in their own recovery.
