About the Perth Theatre Trust
The Perth Theatre Trust (the Trust) is a statutory authority established and constituted under the Perth Theatre Trust Act 1979 to oversee the management and operation of theatres vested or leased to the Trust by the State Government.
The Trust is responsible for the care, control, management, maintenance, operation and improvement of theatres under its control which currently includes the Albany Entertainment Centre, His Majesty’s Theatre, Subiaco Arts Centre and the State Theatre Centre of WA.

About the role
We are seeking a suitably experienced person to fill the casual position of Food and Beverage Supervisor.
The Perth Theatre Trust are seeking to establish a pool of Food and Beverage Supervisors for appointments to casual vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next four months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will focus on delivering an integrated front of house hospitality service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, controlling stock, floats and all associated equipment.

Conditions
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate, Approved Unrestricted Manager’s Licence and RSA will be required prior to commencement of employment.
Applicants found suitable for this recruitment pool may also be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within the Perth Theatre Trust which arise prior to the pool’s closing date.
For temporary (fixed term or casual) positions, you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the appointment.
Location
This role is based at metropolitan Perth Theatre Trust venues, as required.
