Conditions

This is a full-time permanent vacancy.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants for this position may be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within the Culture and Arts Portfolio and/or the wider public sector which arise within a reasonable period of time. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Future vacancies may be considered - permanent and fixed term, part time and full time. 

A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy.

Job Description

Designs and develops website and web application concepts, designs layouts and compositions in keeping with appropriate content delivery strategies, digital branding guidelines, usability and accessibility requirements. Responsible for multimedia, gaming and video development and maintenance of the museum’s GitHub code repository.
