Conditions

This is a permanent part-time vacancy at 0.6 FTE (45 hours per fortnight). There will also be a Pool running for a period of 18 months from the initial appointment. Applicants deemed suitable will be placed into a pool where appointments may be considered for similar vacancies for full-time, part-time, casual, fixed term or permanency.

A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment, as per the Department’s Police Record Screening Policy.

Must be able to undertake the physical demands of the role; some moderate level lifting and carrying, up to 15 kilograms, is required. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre employment medical prior to their appointment.

Job Description

In this role you will ensure physical and electronic files are maintained in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will also be required to distribute incoming mail, quality assure correspondence and provide support to the team as and when required.

Your high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload and maintain confidentiality will be key to ensuring success in the role.  You will be positive, flexible and customer focused with a desire to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
