About the Roles:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Western Australians who need it most?

Join us in a role where your work directly supports some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Our teams operate across the human services sector to create and deliver affordable housing solutions for people who may otherwise struggle to access safe, appropriate accommodation.

Every position contributes to building stronger, more inclusive communities—and your contribution can truly make a difference.

Some of the roles you may be considered for as part of our register include:

Customer Service Officer – Level 2

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to helping Western Australians access secure and affordable housing. In this office-based frontline role, you’ll be the first point of contact—providing face-to-face, phone, and written support to clients seeking assistance.

You’ll offer advice, assess eligibility, and guide individuals through housing options including Public Housing, Community Housing, and bond assistance. Working closely with internal teams and community partners, you’ll help respond to a wide range of housing needs across the state.

If you’re passionate about people and delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Western Australians.

Housing Services Officer – Level 3

As a Housing Services Officer, you’ll manage a portfolio of Public Housing tenancies, ensuring tenancy obligations are met, properties are maintained, and tenants are supported. This dynamic, customer-facing role includes tenancy management, debt recovery, property inspections, and ensures income assessments are completed.

You’ll spend at least two days a week out of the office, engaging directly with tenants, contractors, and support agencies to deliver respectful, solution-focused services.

If you’re passionate about connection, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact, this is your chance to help shape inclusive housing outcomes across Western Australia.

Property Services Officer – Level 3

As a Property Services Officer, you’ll manage the maintenance needs of Public Housing properties, ensuring they’re safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all standards.

Working as part of a regional team, you’ll deliver responsive maintenance services—including inspections, refurbishments, and quality control. This field-based role involves regular property visits to assess works carried out, monitor compliance, and engage directly with tenants and stakeholders.

If you’re driven by accountability, problem-solving, and a commitment to improving housing outcomes, this is your opportunity to help build stronger communities across Western Australia.

Housing and Property Services Officer – Level 3

As a Housing and Property Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, secure, and sustainable Public Housing across WA. This multifaceted position combines tenancy and property management responsibilities, supporting tenants while ensuring public housing assets are well-maintained and compliant.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio across Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH), Community Housing, and bond assistance programs—handling tenancy obligations, debt recovery, rental assessments, and property inspections. Working within a regional team, you’ll also coordinate contractors, oversee maintenance budgets, and deliver responsive services including refurbishments and quality control.
