The Role
We are looking for teachers who are committed to achieving strong outcomes for every learner and who build positive, authentic relationships with students, families and colleagues. Our staff work collaboratively, and we value reflective practitioners who see coaching, observation and feedback as opportunities to continue to grow and improve their practice.

Our current programs and practices include UFLI, Heggerty, Peggy Lego, Word Origins and Knowledge Units. Previous experience with these programs is not essential; however, a commitment to implementing consistent whole-school approaches and working collaboratively is important.
We are particularly interested in teachers who ideally:
- Use high-impact and evidence-based teaching practices.
- Can design and deliver engaging literacy and numeracy programs.
- Understand differentiation and can respond to a diverse range of student learning needs.
- Use assessment and data effectively to monitor progress, provide feedback and inform future teaching.
