We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten and Primary school teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Applicants will ideally exhibit exemplary teaching skills, a strong motivation to excel and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed practice. Ideally, applicants will display the capacity to align their practice with the Department of Education’s *Teaching for Impact* framework and use high-impact teaching strategies to design and deliver explicit, systematic and engaging literacy and numeracy programs. A sound understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is preferred, together with the ability to maintain high expectations for every student.

Knowledge of, or experience with, our whole-school approaches including DIBELS assessment, UFLI Foundations in Pre-primary to Year 2, Word Origins in Years 3 to 6, Daily Reviews and Reading with a Pencil would be advantageous. Applicants will ideally be proficient in using a range of assessment tools to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback and inform future planning. They will ideally work collaboratively through phase-of-learning teams, shared planning, common assessment and moderation, while fostering creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving.
