About the Talent Register
The Senior Client Services Officer Talent Register supports future recruitment by connecting experienced client service professionals with employment opportunities across NMTAFE.
By joining the talent register, you’ll register your interest online for the Level 3 Senior Client Services Officer role and become part of our talent pool. You may be contacted by the Client Services Management Team about current or future opportunities that align with your skills and experience. Opportunities may be permanent (for diversity groups only) or temporary (fixed term up to 12 months), and available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis across various locations.
Senior Client Services Officers provide high-quality administrative and client service support to students, staff and the broader community. The role involves managing complex enquiries and enrolment matters, resolving issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to consistent and effective processes. We are seeking individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, sound digital capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
