About You
You're a seasoned WHS professional who combines technical expertise with a highly collaborative approach.

You know how to navigate complex environments, provide clear and practical advice, and build credibility with leaders at all levels. Whether you're investigating incidents, supporting injury management outcomes, analysing trends, or helping leaders manage psychosocial risks, you're focused on achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes rather than simply ticking compliance boxes.

You'll bring experience in WHS and injury management, strong knowledge of legislative requirements, and the confidence to influence, coach and guide others. You're analytical, solutions-focused and comfortable using data and insights to identify risks, measure performance and drive improvement.

Most importantly, you're passionate about creating workplaces where people feel safe, supported and able to thrive. You enjoy working with others to solve problems, build capability and make a genuine difference to employee wellbeing and organisational performance.

You’ll have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
