About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused ICT professional with experience supporting and maintaining hardware, software and systems in complex environments. You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents, implement system changes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your understanding of security administration, access controls and operational procedures enables you to deliver reliable and secure services. You can communicate technical information effectively, provide specialist advice to stakeholders, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve positive outcomes. Organised and adaptable, you are committed to delivering high-quality service, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to the development of efficient processes and best practices.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

To be considered eligible for employment, you will:

  • Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
    • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
