About The Role:

As the Senior People Services Officer, you will support the Recruitment Team Leader in coordinating team workloads, undertaking quality assurance activities, monitoring work queues, and helping achieve service delivery targets. You will manage complex recruitment activities including targeted, graduate and bulk recruitment campaigns, open pools, pre-employment screening activities, and the preparation and issuing of employment contracts and appointment documentation.

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering timely, customer-focused recruitment services.

About You:

You are an experienced and customer-focused recruitment professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. You bring sound judgement, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to provide advice on complex recruitment matters.

You enjoy building positive relationships, supporting team performance, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Accountable and solutions-focused, you are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.

The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
