We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our People Services team at North Metropolitan TAFE.

We currently have one permanent full-time opportunity for immediate filling.

This rewarding role provides strategic and operational HR business partnering support to a portfolio of internal clients and works collaboratively within the People Services team to deliver positive employee experiences in a vocational education and training environment.

Our main hub is based at the Leederville campus, with free onsite parking and easy access to restaurant and cafes on the Oxford Street strip. You will also be required to work across our campuses as part of our multi-campus operations.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have strong consultancy skills and broad HR knowledge across the employment lifecycle, including employee relations, grievance resolution, performance management, organisational change and redeployment.

You will need to provide excellent operational and tactical HR support including suggesting options and solutions to manage people issues in the complex public sector regulatory environment.

This role will suit someone who is able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships and work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
