We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably qualified Dental Assistants to join our team. The successful individual will have considerable experience as a Dental Assistant and can use this experience and demonstrated leadership skills to contribute to the smooth operation of the Dental Health Services Bunbury General Dental Clinic.
This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.
What is our Senior Dental Clinic Assistant role
The main role Senior Dental Clinic Assistant is to support the Dental Clinic Coordinator in the daily administration and operation of the Bunbury General Dental Clinic. Duties would include maintaining patient records, provide chairside assistance for Dentists and Oral Health Therapists and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. The Senior Dental Clinic Assistant also undertakes reception duties, assists in managing inventory and supplies as well as supervising and giving guidance to Dental Clinic Assistants.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
