Help students succeed by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support across North Metropolitan TAFE. This is a temporary appointment through till 31 December 2028 with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.

About You

We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organised Senior Client Services Officer to provide high quality administrative and client service support across North Metropolitan TAFE. In this role, you will assist current and prospective students with enquiries, enrolments and information services, while ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and in accordance with policies and procedures. Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help resolve complex enquiries, support business improvement initiatives, contribute to the delivery of consistent and effective client services across campuses, and build knowledge of academic portfolios and training product offerings. Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and positive outcomes for students.

There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.

To be considered eligible for employment, you will:

  • Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
    • Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
    • Working With Children (WWC) Card
