About the role

The Senior Case Manager is responsible for examining and processing more complex applications for criminal injuries compensation, providing leadership and support to a team of Case Managers, allocating caseloads, providing advice on complex issues, quality assuring the work of the team, and identifying and managing training needs. In addition, this position assists the Manager Awards and the Manager, Criminal Injuries Compensation, with administration and support of the Chief Assessor of Criminal Injuries Compensation, and team of Assessors.

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
