We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Dudley Park Primary School (PS) was opened in 1976 and is set amongst the Tuart trees in the heart of Mandurah. Providing education for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, we support the development of younger children in the community through the Dudley Park Child and Parent Centre. Students at Dudley Park PS come from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds and we are proud of the indigenous heritage of our community.

The Role

Suitable applicants should assist in administering the operation of school databases, records and management information systems, undertake student-related activities including incursion, excursion, school carnivals, including providing information, advice and collecting documentation for enrolment of new students.

This role will include front office duties and will work alongside and assist the Manager Corporate Services with administration and financial duties. Suitable applicants should focus on teamwork, self-motivation and model effective customer and administrative support service delivery by maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Suitable applicants will ideally have good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.

    • Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
    • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
    • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
