We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The School

Mount Lawley Senior High School (SHS) has long been recognised as one of Western Australia's top public schools. Since 1955, we have earned a strong reputation for academic excellence, creativity, and student success. Consisting of our three sub-schools: Middle School (Years 7 and 8), Upper School (Years 9 and 10), and Senior School (Years 11 and 12).

Mount Lawley SHS boasts a modern, purpose-built campus that reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a high-quality, future-focused learning environment. Over the past two decades, the school has undergone significant transformation, beginning with the construction of the Middle School and the Mount Lawley Sports and Fitness Centre in 2004, creating a strong and contemporary foundation for student learning and wellbeing.

Mount Lawley SHS is more than just a place of learning; it is a place where great people are made. Our values live in every corner of the campus: in the inspiring photographs that line the corridors, and along our 'Walk of Fame', which honours our alumni, the Lawley Legends. This celebrated group includes philanthropists, community leaders, high achievers in business, law, politics, entertainment, the military, and international sporting champions.

The Role

Suitable applicants will ideally work as part of a dedicated team and could make a lasting contribution to our school community. Experience with Schools Information System (SIS) Integris, Compass, Reporting to Parents including associated Schools and Curriculum Standard Authority (SCSA) data uploads, enrolments, timetabling, RM Finance, RM Billing and Microsoft 365 would be highly regarded. Your willingness and ability to move within a range of roles would be desirable.  Knowledge of and experience in recording and monitoring student attendance would be highly desirable.

With the school’s vision of Inspire to Aspire and a motto of Truth and Courtesy, there is an expectation that staff and students commit to the attainment of personal best and excellence in all aspects of school life.
