We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic School Officers to join our team.

As School Officers, you would provide assistance to the Manager Corporate Services in completing administrative duties including administrating financial resources, managing school assets such as out-of-hours use of school facilities. Suitable applicants will undertake student-related activities, including providing information, advice and collecting documentation for enrolment of new students.

The desired applicants will ideally have excellent oral and written communication skills to perform student related activities such as general data entry, enrolments, publication generation, receipting of contributions/charges and ideally possess a strong understanding of excel and word processing. Ideally, suitable applicants should have good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.

    • Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
    • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
    • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
