This is a Fixed-term Full Time appointment at 1.0 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) for 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Part-time appointments will be considered.

Position Profile:  We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated applicant who has experience providing support and assistance to patients and families residing in regional, rural and remote locations, to coordinate their appointment/s at Perth Children’s Hospital.   Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provision and coordination of clerical and administrative support services for patients and families residing in regional, rural and remote sites who are not eligible for other coordination services such as the CAHS Complex Care Coordination program.
• Assisting with the coordination of appointments for children with multiple specialty appointments to limit their need to travel frequently to PCH.
• Providing liaison support for cross specialty appointment coordination for children accessing multiple specialties.

About the Department/Service/Directorate: The Outpatient Department sees patients from a range of specialties in medical, allied health and nursing clinics.
